  Weather: fairly cool and overcast with drizzle now and again. South wester wind as well.

Timetrail: After the opening 400 metres or so it was Shezi and Peter Lindon way out
ahead of everyone else.Peter tried to stay just behind Shezi ,but by half a km he was
already falling rapidly behind Shezi.By 1 km it looked as if Shezi was not part of the time
   trial as he reached 1 km , 18 secs up on P.Lindon.By 2 km Shezi was almost 1 min
   ahead of his next compatriot ,opening up a massive 40 secs between 1 and 2 kms!
   Lindon faded so rapidly in the second km that the advantage he had on the 2 guys
   in position 3 and 4  (12 sec and 18 secs,at 1km) ,had been erased completely as B.T- 
   Roberts and the other guy had caught  P.Lindon by 2 kms, and all 3 went through 2kms
   in a bunch.

Also a runner with extremely large headphones/earmuffs  ? from Eskom Gijimas who was running way
at the back behind D.Torr - he must have pulled out.This guy started quick but by 400 metres or so he
was right at the back.His headgear was also extremely interesting!
